Capability

Based in the Zhongshan hardware belt

Zhongshan, in Guangdong province, is one of the belts that supplies a large share of the world’s socket, switch and electrical accessory components. About an hour from Shenzhen and Guangzhou ports. That location is not a marketing detail — it is where the pricing and the supply chain come from.

Production flow

How a brass part is actually made here

Six stages, and the three in the middle are where the quality of the part is decided.

Brass strip in

Coil strip in the grade the drawing calls for — H62, H65 or phosphor bronze — with the material certificate checked against the specification before it goes on the press.

Tooling

The die is the part. Progressive dies are designed and cut for the geometry, and dies are made and maintained in-house rather than sent out — which is what makes a die adjustment after a first article a matter of days rather than weeks.

Stamping

High-speed progressive presses run the strip through the die: blanking, piercing, forming and bending in sequence, with several parts per stroke where the layout allows. Parts come off the press loose in a bin, or still attached to a carrier strip when your line feeds them automatically.

Forming & finishing

Secondary forming where the part needs a bend or a set that the die cannot do in one pass. Plating is arranged per project — nickel or tin — to suit solderability, wear or appearance.

Inspection

First article approved before the run, dimensions checked during it, and final visual and dimensional inspection at the end. See Quality & documents for what is measured and what is reported.

Packing & dispatch

Bagged, boxed or on strip, to your packing requirement. Weights and quantities recorded per carton, goods photographed before dispatch, then shipped from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

Working model

How we are set up — and what that means for you

Plenty of suppliers are vague on this point, so here it is directly: we are based in Zhongshan and we run our projects on stamping lines in the local belt that we work with day to day. Our team handles the engineering follow-up, the tooling projects, the inspection coordination and the export paperwork. You deal with one person from the first enquiry to the shipping documents.

Why that is worth something to a buyer:

  • Belt-level pricing. No layers of intermediaries between you and the press.
  • Small orders are possible. A large integrated factory will not stop a press for a 5,000-piece trial order. That is precisely the gap we work in.
  • One accountable contact. If a dimension drifts or a shipment slips, you have one person to call who owns the answer.
  • Straight answers about scope. If a part needs a process we do not control, we will say so and tell you where it is done, rather than quietly sub-contract it and hope.

If you need something verified before you place an order — a specific press, a plating line, an inspection instrument — ask and we will confirm exactly what is available and where it is. We would rather answer a hard question now than disagree about it after the goods ship.

Logistics & terms

Getting the goods to you

Terms

FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou as standard. EXW and CIF on request. Tell us the destination port and we quote accordingly.

Samples

International express, 3–7 days depending on destination. Brass parts are small and dense, so sample freight is inexpensive.

Trial orders

LCL — brass is a heavy cargo, so smaller volumes almost always ship by sea rather than air. We will confirm whether your volume prices by weight or by measure before quoting.

Repeat orders

FCL once the volume grows. We schedule against the press and confirm the price at each order, since brass follows the copper market.
