Formed brass strip, straight off the press — Zhongshan, Guangdong.
What we make
Six families of brass parts, from one supplier
Everything brass that sits inside a socket or a power strip — the conductive and the mechanical parts. Most customers start with one item and add the rest once they see the quality.

Brass terminals
Screw terminals, wire-clamp and spade terminals, terminal blocks and fuse clips — stamped and formed in H62 or H65 brass.
See specifications
Socket inserts & contacts
The contact clips that grip the plug pins. Made in phosphor bronze where the part has to hold its spring over thousands of insertions.
See specifications
Grounding parts
Earth contacts, earth clips and grounding brackets for two- and three-pole socket constructions.
See specifications
Connection plates & busbars
Bridging plates, jumper strips and multi-way plates that tie a socket’s poles together.
See specifications
Pins, blades & bushes
Plug pins and blades, hollow rivets and threaded bushes — supplied loose or in strip form.

Custom stamped parts
If it is a stamped brass part inside a socket, a switch panel or a small appliance, send the drawing and we will tell you straight away whether it is a good fit.

Finished power strips — we supply the brass, or the whole unit
Some customers buy the brass parts and assemble themselves. Others want the finished product. Both start in the same place: the Zhongshan belt where the brass is stamped.
- Built to your market standard — BS1363 (UK), Schuko and French (EU), NEMA 5-15 (US), AS/NZS 3112, and Type L (Italy)
- Socket count, cable length, switch, indicator and USB-A / USB-C charging configured to your market
- Your brand, your packaging, your artwork
- Finished-product certification (CE, UKCA, UL, SNI, TIS, SIRIM, SASO / G-Mark) is arranged with the assembler per order — we supply the component documentation to support it
Why buyers switch to us
Engineering, documentation and a straight answer
Buyers of brass parts usually change supplier for one of four reasons: the current supplier misses delivery dates, tolerances drift across the run, the parts arrive with burrs and bent edges, or nobody answers the phone. Those are the four we built the business around.
- We quote from the drawing, not from a catalogue. Dies and tooling are developed for the part, so the geometry is yours — and so is the tooling arrangement, which we agree in writing before it is cut.
- Manufacturability feedback comes with the price. If a small change to the part would remove a forming step or cut material, we say so before tooling is made.
- Every batch ships with paper. Material test report, RoHS report and dimensional records — so your own QC has something to file.
- Trial quantities are part of the offer, not an exception. Test a few thousand pieces in your line before committing to a production order.
How a custom part moves
Four steps from drawing to container
Send the drawing — or a photo
2D or 3D file, or a sample photo with a few key dimensions. Your drawing stays with us and is not shared or reused. If the part is under NDA, tell us and we will sign before we quote.
Quote and manufacturability note — 24 hours
Material recommendation, thickness, tolerance on the critical dimensions, tooling cost, MOQ, lead time and a unit price band. Where it helps, we suggest a change that lowers your cost.
Tooling and first article — about 10 days
The die is made, first pieces are pressed, dimensions are measured and a sample is sent to you with its material report. You fit it into your socket and tell us what to adjust.
Production, inspection, shipment
Once the sample is approved we run the order, inspect it against the agreed drawing, pack it for sea freight and ship from Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Photographs of the packed goods before dispatch.
Markets
Where our parts end up
Same parts, same documents — what changes between markets is the plug standard, the packing and who carries the finished-product certification.
Southeast Asia
Our main market. Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia together host the region’s socket and power strip assembly base, and most of their brass parts are imported.
- Tariff-friendly under ACFTA / RCEP
- Trial quantities that match a line change-over
- Reachable on LINE (Thailand) and Zalo (Vietnam)
Middle East
The Gulf runs mostly on BS1363-style sockets, so the same parts serve the region. Distributors and assemblers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, plus re-export through Dubai.
- SASO / G-Mark handled at finished-product level
- Export packing built for sea freight and heat
- WhatsApp is the working channel
Europe & North America
High-volume importers and brand owners who need steady quality and full documentation more than they need the lowest price.
- Component-level reports that support CE / UKCA / UL files
- Dimensional records for incoming inspection
- Repeat-order pricing stability
Quality
Quality you can ask for documents on
Anyone can say the parts are good. Ask for the paperwork and the argument ends: material grade verified against the strip certificate, first article approved before the run, dimensions checked during and after production, and a batch record that lets us trace a shipment back to the strip it came from.
- Material test report and RoHS report with every batch
- First-article approval before mass production
- Dimensional inspection with calipers and gauges
- Visual inspection for burrs, bends, plating and surface defects
- Quantity and packing check before dispatch, with photos
Before you write
Questions buyers ask first
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are based in Zhongshan and run our projects on stamping lines in the local belt that we work with day to day. What you deal with is one point of contact who follows the tooling, the production and the inspection, at belt-level pricing rather than through layers of intermediaries. If you need a specific process verified before you place an order — plating, heat treatment, a particular press — ask and we will confirm what is available and where it is done.
What is your MOQ?
It depends on the part. For items already running we keep it low, and small trial orders are welcome — the point of a trial is to find out whether the part works in your line. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm what is realistic.
Do you have certifications?
We supply component-level documentation: a material test report and a RoHS report with every batch, plus dimensional records. Finished-product certification — CE, UKCA, UL, SNI, TIS, SIRIM, SASO, G-Mark — sits at the appliance level and is arranged by the assembler. We support that process with our component documents and will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide.
Can you make parts from my drawing?
Yes — 2D or 3D drawing, or a sample photo with dimensions. First-article sample in about 10 days after the drawing is confirmed. Send the file through the quote form or on WhatsApp.
How do prices and payment work?
Brass parts are quoted against the copper price of the day, so a quotation is confirmed again at each purchase order rather than locked for a year. Payment is usually T/T 30% deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou as standard; EXW and CIF on request. Samples ship by express.
How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on business days, and usually the same working day. Send the part details and the quantity and you will get a real answer, not a request to get on a call.
